Colour: medium straw with attractive lime green hues
Bouquet: grassy fruit characteristics complemented by gooseberry & citrus notes.
Palate: a fresh palate of passionfruit combined with gooseberry & snow pea envelope the middle palate, leading to a finish of mineral notes & crisp acidity.
Cellaring Potential: best enjoyed in its youth over the next 1-2 years
Winemaking Notes: selected fruit parcels from the Adelaide Hills each parcel separately vinified. Crushed & pressed with minimal skin contact, the juice was clarified by cold settling & fermented cold. Partially fermented in oak (25%) to give additional weight & texture.
